Charitable Contributions & Profit Disclosure

The core mission of the Goal Crushers Live is to provide immense value to our attendees while supporting a cause we deeply care about.

All profits generated from the Goal Crushers Live, after deducting event operating expenses, will be donated to the Embrace A Child Foundation.

To ensure complete clarity on what constitutes "profits," please review the following breakdown:

1. Gross Revenue: This includes all ticket sales, sponsorships, and any other income directly generated by the Goal Crushers Live.

2. Operating Expenses: Running a high-quality virtual event incurs significant costs. Before any profits are calculated, Funnel Pros, LLC will deduct all legitimate expenses related to the marketing, production, and execution of the summit. These expenses include, but are not limited to:

Marketing and advertising costs (e.g., paid ads on social media, search engines)
Communication platforms (e.g., SMS and email marketing services)
Contractor and speaker fees
Software, hosting, and platform fees required to run the virtual event
Payment processing fees
Administrative and accounting costs directly tied to the event

3. Net Profits: The remaining amount after all operating expenses have been subtracted from the gross revenue constitutes the net profit.

100% of these net profits will be sent to the Embrace A Child Foundation.

Donation Timeline

Funnel Pros, LLC is committed to making the donation promptly. The final donation will be made to the Embrace A Child Foundation within 30 days after the conclusion of the Goal Crushers Live. This -day period allows for all final accounting to be completed, all expenses to be reconciled, and any outstanding payments to be processed.

No Affiliation Disclaimer

Please note that Funnel Pros, LLC is in no way affiliated with the Embrace A Child Foundation.

We have chosen them as the beneficiary of this event because we believe in their mission to rescue vulnerable children and place them in loving homes. However, Funnel Pros, LLC does not have any operational control over the Embrace A Child Foundation and is not responsible for how they allocate or use the donated funds. Your participation in this event is a transaction with Funnel Pros, LLC, and the subsequent donation is made by our company on behalf of the event's success.

Speaker Affiliate & Product Sales

During the Goal Crushers Live, some speakers may reference, promote, or sell their own products, services, or affiliate offers as part of their presentations. Any revenue generated from those sales, including but not limited to affiliate commissions, direct product purchases, or service sign-ups that result from a speaker's presentation, belongs solely to that speaker or their respective business.

These transactions are entirely separate from the Goal Crushers Live's revenue and are not included in the charitable contribution calculation. Funnel Pros, LLC has no visibility into, control over, or responsibility for any sales made directly by speakers during or after the event. Attendees who make purchases through a speaker's links or offers are entering into a separate transaction with that speaker or their company, and those funds are not part of the net profits donated to the Embrace A Child Foundation.

Refund Policy

Because the primary goal of the Goal Crushers Live is to raise funds for charity, and due to the immediate access to digital content and the costs incurred to produce the event, there are strictly no refunds available.

All ticket sales and purchases related to the Goal Crushers Live are final. We appreciate your understanding that your purchase directly supports both the execution of this event and the final charitable donation.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Goal Crushers Live, you agree that Funnel Pros, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the event or your use of any information provided during the summit.
